$60,000 + Bonus Program Senior Living in Commerce, GA is seeking a dedicated Executive Director / Administrator. We are an Assisted Living provider in Georgia and Virginia that prides itself on providing quality care in an environment that feels like home. An overview of Assisted Living Facility Executive Director / Administrator duties includes: The Executive Director/Administrator will provide oversight in maintaining compliance for all aspects of the Assisted Living regulations. Executive Director/Administrator coordinates all aspects of talent resource management. Executive Director/Administrator to manage the operational efficiency to budget. Provide a dynamic environment for staff to work and residents to live. Establish a leadership presence in the community. Executive Director/Administrator ensures positive engagement of residents, family, friends, and team members by maintaining a positive, open-door atmosphere Demonstrates effective communication, led by example, ensure outstanding attention to detail in resident’ care and wellbeing

Qualifications:

Passion for working with Seniors Prior General Manager, Executive Director or Administrator experience within the healthcare industry preferred Previous management or healthcare administration experience with direct supervision of a team — including performance management, daily operations supervision, and disciplinary measures as necessary Previous sales or business development experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Excel / Word suite as well as the ability to learn new applications
