This leadership role is responsible for driving business performance, ensuring clinical excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in multi-site healthcare management, a passion for team development, and a strategic mindset to support organizational growth and operational efficiency. Qualifications:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Orthodontic Regional Manager role. Must have a strong knowledge of orthodontics. 2+ years of multi-office and P&L experience. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. The ability to travel is non-negotiable. We are an equal opportunity employer.
