is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing excellent patient care. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing staff schedules, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers to maintain a high standard of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the medical practice to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Supervise and support administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to facilitate effective communication and patient care. Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and availability. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the practice and attract new patients. Required Education:
