Job Summary The Physician Practice Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, staff supervision, and coordination of patient care services to ensure effective workflow and optimal patient experience. The role involves managing staffing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and operational processes to align with the clinic’s goals and organizational standards. Essential Functions Supervise assigned staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and development. Oversee clinic operations to ensure effective patient care and workflow management. Manage master schedules, real-time schedule adjustments, and staff assignments to meet operational demands. Monitor and address budget variances, recommend improvements, and manage resources effectively. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to clinic policies and procedures. Provide operational support with clinical processes, policies, procedures, and budget management. Serve as the first point of contact for problem-solving related to staff or patient concerns. Coordinate and support process improvement initiatives and projects. Maintain strong working relationships with department staff, providers, and leadership. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Expectations Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
