Job Description
Mountain Lakes Medical Center is currently hiring a full time Director of Surgical Services.
- This position serves as a member of the Nursing Leadership Team and has direct supervision of the Surgery and Outpatient Departments.
We are looking for a strong leader who can provide direction to the Surgery and Outpatient services lines while assisting in growing both departments. This is a hands on leadership role requiring previous surgical experience as well as leadership experience.
The ideal candidate is clinically strong with at least 3 years of Nursing Leadership/supervisory experience as well as at least 5 years surgical services experience. The successful candidate is able to practice critical thinking with great communication skills with a strong desire for exceptional patient care.
- Requirements
- License to practice as an RN in the state of Georgia
- Three years nursing leadership/supervisory
- Five years surgical services experience
- Bachelors degree
