Clinical Director Step into a leadership role that empowers growth—yours, your team’s, and your clients’. Our clinic works with children, teens and their families, and a small adult population in the office as well as in the community, schools and homes. As a Clinical Director at Clarvida, you’ll guide and mentor a dedicated clinical team, providing administrative supervision, chart reviews, and ongoing training to support professional development. You’ll play a key role in shaping the program—hiring staff, reviewing client referrals, assigning cases, and conducting intakes and assessments that set the stage for meaningful therapeutic work. Beyond day-to-day oversight, you’ll focus on building programs that promote personal, social, educational, and vocational progress for our clients. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous learning and compassionate care, where staff feel supported and clients feel empowered. To keep your clinical skills sharp, you’ll also carry a small caseload, offer therapist assistance in crisis situations, and work some on-call. $66,300-$70,000/year Weekday office-based role Opportunity for bonus each pay period based on exceeding service delivery targets Stability and growth working for a national agency What we are looking for: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensed in Georgia for 1 or more years 2 or more years of experience working with children, adolescents and their families that have mental health or behavioral issues. Valid Georgia Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Clean Criminal Background Check (no conviction or credible evidence of abuse, neglect, or sexual exploitation-child or adult)

Preferred:

Clinical supervisory experience Preference given to individuals who are certified to provide clinical supervision (Certified professional counselor supervisor, CPCS) What we offer:
