Sign Up for Job Alerts Summary Directs and provides assistance to plan, organize, direct and coordinate the delivery of health services. Provides assistance to develop and implement related policies and procedures. Monitors and evaluates healthcare programs. Directs subordinate managers and staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that AD programs meet Beacon, CARF, DCH, Medicaid and TANF requirements.
  • Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the AD program directors, program managers, clinical supervisor, counselors, par pros, houseparents, clerical staff, and TCC Coordinator.
  • Maximize funding and revenue for New Choices by ensuring that the beds are filled.
  • Complete program reports and submit timely based on deadlines set by DBHDD.
  • Participate in training/meetings/webinars that are related to the AD Programs and services.
  • Manage the health and safety processes at the Burke Center, New Choices and Transitions to ensure compliance.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Master’s degree in a related area from an accredited college or university AND eligibility to be licensed AND Two years of supervised experience in the area of assignment.
