Responsibilities Manage daily clinical operations and ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures. Develop and implement policies that promote high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient outcomes through effective medical management strategies. Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives as needed. Provide training, support, and supervision to clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Serve as the primary liaison between clinical staff and administration, addressing concerns and facilitating communication. Ensure that all clinical practices meet JCAHO standards and participate in accreditation processes. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare management. Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within ABA Industry. Strong knowledge of ABA management principles and practices. Familiarity with JCAHO accreditation processes and standards. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while fostering a positive work environment. A valid license to practice in the relevant state or region is required.
