MB2 Dental is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Orthodontic Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple orthodontic practices throughout the Southeast region (locations discussed during interview). This leadership role is responsible for driving business performance, ensuring clinical excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in multi-site healthcare management, a passion for team development, and a strategic mindset to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
