Patient Experience Coordinator Park Place GA Monroe, GA 30656 Job Summary Park Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility is currently seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The Patient Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the overall patient journey within our Nursing home facility. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that improve patient satisfaction and ensure a positive experience throughout their care. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to foster a culture of excellence in patient service. Responsibilities Design and implement patient experience initiatives that align with organizational goals. Monitor and analyze patient feedback through surveys, focus groups, and direct interactions to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop training programs focused on enhancing communication and service delivery. Address patient concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring effective resolution and follow-up. Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of patient experience programs and report findings to leadership. Facilitate regular meetings with staff to discuss patient experience insights and best practices. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to patient experience management. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and staff. Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing complex issues with a focus on resolution. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, particularly related to patient feedback metrics. Experience in healthcare settings is preferred, with a solid understanding of patient care processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating leadership qualities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring that all initiatives are executed effectively. This role is essential in creating an environment where patients feel valued, respected, and cared for throughout their healthcare journey.
