, located in the heart of Dalton, GA , we specialize in early intervention ABA therapy for young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (typically ages 18 months to 6 years). Our clinic provides a nurturing, play-based, and evidence-driven environment where every child’s unique developmental journey is supported with care and intention. We believe in the power of early intervention and the importance of strong leadership to ensure our clients, families, and staff thrive. We’re currently seeking a passionate BCBA to serve as our Clinical Director and help shape the future of ABA care in our community.

Position Overview:

The Clinical Director will lead and oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of our early intervention ABA clinic. This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who is ready to step into a leadership position, bringing both strong clinical insight and a collaborative, family-centered approach. You’ll be responsible for clinical supervision, program integrity, team development, and ensuring children are receiving compassionate, individualized care that helps them meet critical early milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct all clinical services in the early intervention ABA program Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff Oversee assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) and development of treatment plans Ensure services are developmentally appropriate, ethical, and aligned with best practices Provide family education and support through regular parent training and communication Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and clinical audits Ensure compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and insurance guidelines Collaborate with leadership on program growth and community outreach in Dalton and surrounding areas Foster a warm, supportive clinic culture focused on excellence and teamwork

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing (required) Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field 3+ years of clinical ABA experience, with at least 2 years in early intervention Supervisory or clinical leadership experience strongly preferred Deep understanding of early childhood development and ABA therapy for toddlers and preschoolers Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills A heart for working with children and families in a close-knit, community-oriented setting.
