The Clinic Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
LMA:
Lead, manage, and hold accountable the clinic staff.
Client Relations:
The company representative, when interacting with the client to ensure PRIME delivers exceptional services.
Clinic Performance:
Responsible for the accuracy of the services produced to the client, including the accuracy of services, authorization, and billing. Responsible for requesting and maintaining appropriate levels of inventory, cleanliness, and service management of the clinic.
Patient Satisfaction:
Responsible for the patient’s experience and ensures the delivery of services is a positive experience.

Physical Demands:
Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time, lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 75 pounds. Repetitive motion. Extensive use of computers and keyboard.
