The Clinical Manager plays a key leadership role, providing direct supervision and guidance to clinical teams throughout Homedica’s service areas. Working in close collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers, medical assistants, and executive leadership, this role ensures the effective management of daily clinical operations. The Clinical Manager reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services. Homedica delivers comprehensive primary care, psychiatric care, chronic care management, dementia care, and palliative care through both in-home and telehealth visits. Our mission is to serve as an extension of the physician’s office and local hospitals, providing a seamless continuum of care that meets each patient’s unique needs. Our teams provide care in diverse settings, including private homes, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, inpatient rehabilitation centers, and specialty hospitals.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in healthcare administrative management Preferred experience in home health, hospice, and/or post-acute care leadership Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings Demonstrated ability to lead and direct teams to achieve organizational goals High integrity, sound judgment, and initiative Adaptable, politically astute, and able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Strong customer service mindset with a positive, purpose-driven attitude aligned with Homedica’s Core Value — Joyful Purpose Professional, compassionate, flexible, dependable, and team-oriented demeanor Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks accurately and on time Proficiency in managing schedules, workload, and technology platforms preferred (Remote Patient Monitoring, Telehealth, and Scheduling Software)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical operations and provide hands-on leadership to staff Direct, mentor, train, and communicate regularly with clinical team members Support onboarding and ongoing education of clinical staff Drive growth through expansion of new and existing patient services Collaborate with other division leaders within The Carpenter Health Network to ensure seamless continuity of care Partner with Patient Care Representatives (PCRs) to set and achieve growth strategies and goals Serve as a liaison with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and third-party payers to provide education and resolve concerns Uphold high standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions Ensure personnel policies are followed and that qualified candidates are recruited and retained All inquiries will be handled confidentially.
