This includes but is not limited to Strategic Planning and Business Development, Marketing, Financial, Human Resources, Research Operations, Clinical Operations and Activities, Grants/Contracts Activities, Office Management Operations, oversight of outpatient clinics, remote telehealth services, oversight of the administration of training programs, and fund-raising activities in conjunction with leadership to help build the endowment portfolio and expand alumni and referral networks. Oversees coordination of nonscientific/ administrative portion of grant activities. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Clinical operations experience Clinical trials management experience Supervisory experience Ability to build and motivate a team Understanding of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid billing and compliance Ability to use data to inform planning and decision-making Ability to function independently and to work well on a team Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to build and manage budgets High proficiency with Excel and computer software packages Solid analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, and prioritize work assignments without direct supervision Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed Required Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree with 2 years directly related work experience or high school diploma or equivalent with 6 years’ directly related work experience 2 years or 6 years, depending on education Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree Academic or healthcare background
