What You’ll Do:

Craft Tailored ABA Programs:

Design, develop, and implementcustomized ABA programs to meet the unique needs of eachchild.

Collaborative Approach:

Work closely with families and fellowclinicians to ensure the highest quality of care andsupport.

Mentorship and Supervision:

Lead and guide Behavior Techniciansto deliver exceptional direct services.

Data-Driven Progress Tracking:

Utilize cutting-edge datacollection software to evaluate and update client progressreports.

Qualifications What We’re Looking For:

BCBA Certification:

Hold a valid Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst certification.

Proven Experience:

Demonstrate proficiency in developing andimplementing client programs, preferably within the ABAindustry.

Leadership Skills:

Possess enthusiasm for training, managing,and supporting entry-level staff.
