PURPOSE STATEMENT

Plan, implement and coordinate the clinical services offered by the facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

+ Provide oversight and support to all clinical operations in areas assigned. + Provide oversight and monitor clinical services as it relates to service provision, treatment and access. + Review and analyze clinical and operational performance results. Develop plans for improvement as needed. + Provide staff management to including hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation. + Develop and implement behavioral health processes, procedures and policies across programs. + Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning and reporting processes as appropriate. + Represent the company at meetings in the community. + Collaborate with other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative work environment. + Support compliance by adherence to accreditation standards as well as standards of funding agencies and licensing boards. + Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority. Qualifications Education Required + Masters or better in Social Services Licenses & Certifications Required + Lic Clin Social Wkr Experience Preferred +

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Psychiatric Nursing required.
  • Five or more years’ experience in behavioral health services with clinical experience with all target populations (SMI, SED, DD, SUD) required.
  • Three or more years’ supervision experience required.
