The Clinical Director shall provide Program Management, and Clinical Oversight and work in collaboration with our Medical Director, and Psychiatrist while providing therapeutic services, and clinical supervision of unlicensed MHR Program direct care providers.
Job duties to include:
- Tracks and manages weekly service provision and manages authorization utilization for all active program participants and billable staff.
- Maintains active authorizations and time sensitive clinical documentation of all clients assigned to his/her treatment team. Maintains a minimum case load
- Reviews and manages service utilization for all clients assigned to his/her treatment team. Addresses lack of engagement or participation issues in a timely manner. Manages assigned staff to enhance, improve, or problem solve ongoing service utilization.
- Follows up with any program participants who are not engaging fully with the available services, providing support or coordination as needed to ensure maximal program participation.
- Supervises all unlicensed direct care staff in MHR Program assigned to his/her treatment team, providing clinically appropriate group/individual supervision no less frequently than the identified internal/regulatory guideline.
- Conducts initial and annual psychosocial assessments for mental health, as well as reassessments as assigned.
Required:
- Independent licensure, including LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW with a minimum of two year post licensure.
- must be able to pass a background and drug test
CA/LOCUS
training (or ability to get it within 30 days of hire)

- Minimum of two years experience working with MHR or community-based services
