Full Job Description Job Duties:

The licensed clinician conducts mental health assessments, participates in client directed treatment planning, completes service authorization requests, and provides clinical oversight to their assigned caseload. The licensed clinician may also provide individual and/or group therapy to consumers, as well as psychoeducation and skills building services. Further, the licensed clinician also provides supervision to unlicensed mental health providers who work primarily in a community setting, delivering services to help consumers overcome obstacles, reach and maintain independence and stability, and achieve their goals.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years working with the mental health population (2 years work post-licensure required for clinical supervision duties)
• Minimum of 1 year providing supervisory duties
• We will give priority to candidates with experience working with children and families, substance abuse, the LGBT community, and/or the veterans community

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires Masters degree in social service related field, such as: counseling, social work, psychology, etc.
• Requires independent licensure, such as: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.
• Must have or be able to obtain within 30 days LOCUS certification
