Earn:

$91,998/year + $7,500/yearly mileage stipend Position Details The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision and oversight to

ACT/FACT/CTT

programs, to include on site supervision of program operation, monitoring, and review of program processes. Conduct observation and detailed supervision of program specific operations (e.g., monitoring and providing report on accreditation required process within program) Conduct quarterly on-site supervision tool for each program, to include monitoring of any state, program, or accreditation requirement. Provide clinical supervision and skill building to supervisory staff of behavioral health programs. Documentation of all monitoring and supervision, and ongoing review with Regional and Executive Directors. Assist programs with preparation of routine audits, both internal and external stakeholders Provide clinical consultation to supervisory and/or program staff as needed with instruction from Executive Director. This consultation could be related to service provision or staffing related issue. Assist as back up to Regional Director if program supervisory staff is scheduled off or if supervisory position is open. Assist as back up to complete assessments required for admission or authorization for all behavioral health programs. Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or other human services field.

LPC/LCSW

licensure is required. Minimum 5 years’ experience in behavioral health required. Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience required. Must have strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to persons with severe and persistent mental illness.
