Summary
The Project Manager. Clinic Operations is responsible in assisting the TUMG Executive Director of Clinic Operations in activities relevant to the operations of TUMG Clinics. The role will interact with Physicians, TUMG staff, Department Administrators, Clinic Managers, Clinic Staff and outside resources. The incumbent will be integral to the successful outcome of TUMG-initiated projects.
The Project Manager. Clinic Operations is responsible for gathering data from multiple sources to create accurate and comprehensive reports for TUMG leadership. Interpretation and analysis of the reports to identify trends, variances from budget plans and drive decision making. Additional responsibilities include coordinating of projects regarding the development of new locations, lines of service and marketing of TUMG locations. This may include the development and implementation of departmental business strategies and monthly reporting of the outcomes of these strategies. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to identify problems and provide solutions with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
- Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Great interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts. (Physicians, colleagues, and patients). Excellent training skills; ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to travel locally, as needed.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.
Required Education and/or Experience - Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ related experience
OR - High School Diploma/Equivalent with nine (9) years of related experience Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the utilization of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc..
- 3 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in data and research efforts.
Compensation Information
This position is classified as “exempt, salaried” and is assigned to pay grade 26.
