Patient Care Coordinator NELA Rehabilitation West Monroe, LA 71291 Are you the kind of person who remembers names, loves helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced, no-fluff environment? At NELA Rehabilitation , we’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who brings warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail to our front desk every day. This isn’t just a front window gig — you’ll be the first face our patients see and the calm in the chaos. We’re a happy, motivated team who loves what we do, and we’re looking for someone who matches our energy and our standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Greet patients with genuine warmth and professionalism Answer phones and return messages promptly Schedule and reschedule patients with precision Obtain and track insurance authorizations Keep our clinic running smoothly and our patients feeling cared for Communicate clearly with therapists, patients, and referral sources
Who You Are:
You show up — on time, every time You don’t ghost work. No-shows and chronic tardiness are dealbreakers here You’re upbeat and positive — but not flaky You’re organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking You know how to keep things fun while staying professional Experience in a medical or therapy setting is a plus, but not required
