Clinic Coordinator Position Available In St. Tammany, Louisiana

Clinic Coordinator Brennan Behavior Group Covington, LA 70433 Brennan Behavior Group is seeking a highly organized and empathetic Clinic Coordinators to join our dynamic team. We are a multidisciplinary practice committed to supporting individuals and families through comprehensive mental health and developmental services.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for BBG ABA clinics, offering a warm, professional welcome both in person and over the phone. Manage Indeed job postings for hiring needs, conduct 1st initial interviews, and scheduling interviews for BCBAs. Handle a variety of administrative tasks including new hire paperwork. Coordinate time-sensitive tasks, ensuring the seamless management of multiple responsibilities. Conducting new hire training for onboarding line techs. Handling inventory needs Creating name tags for new hires Communicating with Director of Staffing and the Director of the clinic for all hiring needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting. Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail. Excellent time and task management capabilities, able to prioritize and multitask effectively. Sensitivity and understanding of mental health challenges and how they impact individuals. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
