Front Office Supervisor Position :

Full time Front Office Supervisor for Erath/Delcambre Clinic Avaliable position(s): Front office supervisor (7a-5p) – One (1)

Avaliable Front Office Supervisor Description:

Position functions as the front office lead for the clinic and is responsible for managing the daily operations of the clerical area. Provides front office support including check-in, check-out and medical records functions.

Front Office Supervisor Required Experience:

Previous front office experience in a medical practice or clinic setting with supervisor duties (preferred) Medical coding knowledge (required)

Front Officer Supervisor Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Front Office Supervisor Physical Requirements :

Medium Work as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor constitutes a maximum lift of 21-50 pounds on occasion and/or a maximum lift of 11-25 pounds on a frequent basis May be required to assist in the turning, lifting, or moving patients as well as walking about from patients’ rooms, as well as to and from various hospital areas
