Job Description
Clinical Program Manager Saint Vincent’s 2425 Highland Avenue, Fall River, MA 02720 One full time position is available within our Intensive Treatment Residence program for adolescents to oversee all operations.
Primary responsibilities include:
develops and provides leadership in the delivery of clinical services and programming; oversees program operations and service delivery; provides supervision of program leadership team members, including clinical staff and Assistant Program Manager; ensures the integration of trauma-informed care in all aspects of programming; ensures compliance with licensing and regulatory standards; provides clinical support to program and after-hours on-call. We seek culturally competent, strengths-oriented personnel who possess an understanding of our communities served. MSW/MA with 3 years direct clinical experience and previous supervisory experience required; licensed or license eligible required. Salary commensurate with experience. Professional development opportunities and supervision for licensure is provided (Free CEUs).
