Responsibilities:
Under general direction of the Director, Associate Chief Nursing Officer and Site Administrator or designee, provide 24 hours leadership for clinical nursing practice of all ages or individually assigned units. Responsible for supervising assigned patient care staff, allocation of assigned staff and material resources to effect quality patient care outcome.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in Nursing is required. Masters Degree in Nursing preferred. Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. BCLS Certification is required. A minimum of five (5) years related work experience and three (3) years supervisory experience is required. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the
COVID 19
virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range:
USD $107,889.60 – USD $202,592.00 /Yr.
