As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Office/Practice Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about managing operations, optimizing office functions, and helping a practice expand and thrive.
Position Overview:
As the Office/Practice Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, supporting our providers, and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and patient-centered environment. Your responsibilities will span from managing the office staff to helping us market our services and grow our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Supervise and manage providers and administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Policy Adherence:
Ensure all office policies and procedures are being followed by the team.
Patient Interaction:
Answer calls, schedule appointments, manage patient waitlists, and provide excellent customer service.
Light Bookkeeping:
Handle basic financial tasks such as billing, payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Marketing & Outreach:
Help promote the practice by marketing to referral sources, managing social media accounts, and assisting with online presence.
Additional Tasks:
Provide support with other tasks as needed to keep the office running efficiently.
Requirements:
Experience:
Prior experience in a medical office setting, with a strong understanding of office administration and medical practice operations.
Management Skills:
Demonstrated experience in managing employees and maintaining a collaborative, productive environment.
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in office software (e.g., scheduling, medical billing software). Must be self-motivated, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Personality:
Positive attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for helping the practice grow.
