Location:
Essex County Sheriff’s Department in Lynn, MA with theSupporting Transitions and Reentry is a Community-Based ReentryProgram (STAR) that utilizes assessment, group treatment, andrelationships with community services for justice involvedindividuals.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, Full-time Pay rate:$90,000/annually

Health, dental, vision insurance Paidtime off Tuition reimbursement 401k with company contributionDiscounts on wide array of services/entertainment The ClinicalDirector is responsible for: The oversight of clinical and casemanagement services delivered at designated site or program(s)Ensuring that clinical services are being delivered in accordancewith Spectrum’s clinical philosophy and design, in accordance withevidence-based practices Working closely with the Contract SupportManager and ECSD management staff to ensure smooth operation, thedelivery of quality services, and the coordination of all clinicalservices Observing group facilitation for each supervisee andcompletes Group Quality Inventory to ensure performance meetsSpectrum standards Maintaining comprehensive current clinicalskills, competencies, licensure and certification as requiredWorking closely with Spectrum management and staff to ensure aseamless continuum of care within Spectrum’s various treatmentmodalities Providing orientation for newly hired cliniciansEnsuring that the interdisciplinary treatment planning, casereviews and conferences are being conducted and documented perSpectrum’s protocols Developing an ongoing staff development andtraining plan for clinical staff in coordination with the ContractSupport Manager and other Clinical Directors Assisting with crisismanagement and other emergencies as needed Maintaining adequateknowledge of the programs’ emergency preparedness plan andemergency procedures
Qualifications Qualifications:
Master’s degreein social work, counseling, or related field required LicensedAlcohol and Drug Counselor or Mental Health Counselor or closelyrelated license in the fields of addiction or mental healthrequired Minimum of two years of supervisory experience incounseling preferred Minimum of three years experience in asubstance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral healthprogram required Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excelpreferred Must display the use of appropriate independent judgmentto determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems andin emergencies •CA •CB ESXC140
