  • Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our Child, Youth and Family Behavioral Health Services which encompasses multiple service systems including: Intensive Care Coordination, Family Support and Training, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, and Outpatient Counseling.

Service delivery is collaborative, family driven and youth guided, with a focus on individual and family strengths, needs, and preferences. As a Clinical Supervisor (licensed clinician), you will be responsible for guiding service delivery through supervision and administrative oversight utilizing principles of Wraparound model and evidence based practices.

Responsibilities:

Use evidence-based practices to engage families and coordinate care with other providers for continuity of services Participate in an inter-agency Systems of Care Service Plan with involved state agencies, outpatient therapists, court personnel, primary care providers, educational advocates, and others involved with the family, when indicated. Guide the delivery of services, formulate treatment, and communicate regularly with the treatment team. Provide clinical and administrative supervision to program staff. Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and ensure thorough orientation of new team members

Qualifications:

Independent clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW) 5 years of experience working in behavioral health setting with youth and families

Valid Massachusetts Drivers License Schedule:
