Clinical Supervisor CSO is looking for a ClinicalSupervisor to work in our CBHC (Community Behavioral Health Clinic)Emergency Services Program (ESP.) Our Emergency Service Programs (ESPs)offer clients behavioral health assessments, intervention andstabilization (for youth, families and adults,) 24-hour availability,and are a preferred alternative to hospital emergency departments. Weprovide daily assessment and brief counseling, case management, nursingsupport and peer support. This position will provide leadership andsupport for the operations of our emergency psychiatric services. Youwill provide clinical guidance to program staff, and also provide directcare coverage to our clients on site and in the community and willcollaborate with hospitals and community providers to provide stabilitywhile supporting recovery.

You Will:

Provide supervisory coverage ofCrisis and Respite Programs when on-duty. This includes provision ofclinical and professional guidance to counselors and clinicians Provideon-call supervision of Crisis and Respite Programs as assigned Provideintake, psychiatric assessment services, and appropriate dispositionsfor clients experiencing a mental health emergency Facilitate intakesand assessments for clients that are referred for domiciliary supportsDevelop community contacts and coordinate the development of crisisplans and protocols for clients who frequently present in crisis andothers as indicates Act as a liaison with community agencies, hospitaldepartments and police departments. Provide consultation and educationas needed Comply with Agency, DMH, DPH and other licensing authoritiesincluding third-party payer regulations regarding record keepingrequirements Facilitate coordination between Crisis and Respite programsincluding screening Respite referrals, authorizing Respite admissionsand coordinating crisis intervention with Respite clients as needed

Your Background:

Master’s Degree in a mental healthdiscipline as well as a clinical license (examples, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW)are required. Five years of experience working with mentally illpopulations including at least one year with supervisoryresponsibilities (preferred) Valid driver’s license and vehicleBilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
