Position Summary:

The CBHIClinical Supervisor at River Valley Counseling Center (RVCC) isresponsible for overseeing clinical evaluations and treatment planningfor children and families, supervising and training staff and interns,ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaininghigh-quality care. This role involves direct client care, coordinationwith community services, administrative oversight, and leadership inclinical and operational functions to support RVCC?s mission andmaintain effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

To overseeclinical evaluations and treatment of children and their families. Todocument activities according to established RVCC and CBHI regulatorystandards. To summarize findings and treatment plan in accordance withRVCC procedures for treatment/services and present same tomultidisciplinary case disposition team. To participate inmultidisciplinary team meetings (UR). To develop and maintain workingknowledge of community services and to ensure that assigned staff isupdated on a regular basis. To oversee any necessary outreach, advocacy,or case consultation appropriate to meet the needs of the clients andtheir families. To prepare for and participate and/or conduct regularsupervision To oversee the supervision and training of student interns.

To analyze services provided to improve the quality of client care andmaximize utilization of Clinic staff to maintain safe and effectiveclient care To plan and implement educational programs for staff inservice, continuing education, skills and competency development andspecific mandatory educational requirements; to ensure that staffattends in services or meetings, as assigned or directed, and thatmandatory education is accomplished within designated time frames. Toensure that staff evaluations are completed in a timely manner. To usetime constructively and organize assigned work for maximum productivity.

Education Level

• Master?s Degree with aconcentration in human services, counseling, clinical psychology orsocial work Years of Experience
• 3 years experience as a licensedtherapist with at least 1 year of supervisory experienceSkills/Abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;interpersonal skills; crisis intervention skills; organizational skills;attention to detail; computer skills; good customer relations skills;knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the professionLicensing
• LMHC, LICSW, Lic.

Psychologist Preferred:

Bilingual(English/Spanish) a plus!

Salary Range:

$70,000

• $80,000 Based on years of experience, level of education,specialty and licensure/certifications.
