72,000•87,000 (Salary Determined on licensures and experience)

Position Summary:
ServiceNet’s Developmental Brain Injury Services (DBIS) division is a leader in providing compassionate, person-centered care to adults with acquired brain injuries and developmental disabilities. Through our residential, shared living, and day programs, we deliver services grounded in trauma-informed care, Positive Behavior Support (PBS), and Massachusetts regulatory standards. We’re seeking a Clinical Supervisor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide leadership and guide the behavioral support services across our DBIS programs. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor Clinical Specialists and Team Clinicians in behavioral support planning, implementation, and skill development. Create a collaborative, team-based environment across all DBIS programs. Conduct and oversee clinical assessments, including: Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Skills assessments and clinical evaluations Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) that are trauma-informed and aligned with PBS principles. Ensure BSPs are evidence-based, data-informed, and grounded in best practice standards. Collaborate with internal team members and external partners including nurses, therapists, psychiatrists, service coordinators, and guardians. Analyze behavioral data to inform and adjust interventions as needed. Provide consultation and support during crises, including staff debriefing and intervention planning. Train staff in behavioral principles, PBS approaches, and individualized intervention strategies. Facilitate interdisciplinary meetings, case conferences, and program improvement initiatives. Promote the use of least-restrictive practices, individual choice, and dignity of risk. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date Minimum of 3 years’ experience in function-based assessment and intervention 3-5 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Familiarity with Positive Behavior Support (PBS), organizational change strategies, and multi-tiered systems of support Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
