Ready to lead in a cutting-edge environment while maintaining true work-life balance—and earn aggressive quarterly bonuses? We want to meet you! Our brand-new Watertown outpatient clinic opens August 2025 , featuring the latest in mental health care—including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), psychiatric medication management, and comprehensive outpatient therapy. We’re seeking an experienced, licensed clinician to step into a Clinical Director role and help build a supportive, innovative team. Why Join Us?

What You’ll Do:
Recruit, train, and mentor licensed therapists and clinical staff Provide clinical supervision and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality, compliant care Engage with the Watertown community to promote mental health awareness
Optional:
Maintain a small therapy caseload (8-10 clients/week) if desired
What We’re Looking For:
Active LICSW or LMHC in Massachusetts (required) Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field Experience supervising, mentoring, or managing clinicians Outpatient mental health experience and strong clinical knowledge
