Patient Experience Manager Dental) Cambridge Dental Group Cambridge, MA 02139 Cambridge Dental Group is seeking a compassionate, organized Patient Coordinator to join us in delivering outstanding patient experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Check In/Check Out all patients and collect payments. Efficiently schedule, confirm, and prep appointments. Assist and interact with patients via phone, messages, and in-person. Verify insurance benefits, educate patients on their coverage and copayments. Accurately maintain patient records. Skills and Personality Excellent communication and customer service skills. Incredibly organized and detail-oriented. Able to problem-solve and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A gracious personality and professional attitude. Highly motivated and committed to growth.

Requirements:

2+ years administrative experience in dental offices or similar environments. While dental industry is experience is preferred, if you are smart, kind, and capable – we can train you! Proficient and adaptable with computers and technology. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
