Full-Time Shift:

730-430p M-F no weekends nocall Position Overview As Clinic Supervisor, you’ll oversee thedaily operations of clinical support staff including X-RayTechnologists, Medical Assistants, Ortho Techs, and ATCs. You’llhandle everything from staffing and evaluations to helpingphysicians with procedures, ensuring smooth and patient-focusedworkflows. Key Responsibilities Technical (60%) Assist physicianswith injections, dressing changes, suture/staple removal Draw upinjections per protocol Manage patient flow and help create/updatecharts Operate PACS systems (internal and external) Clean andmaintain X-ray room/equipment Stock exam rooms and supply areasCollaborate with care teams to ensure timely and safe patient careHelp develop clinic schedules and staffing plans Administrative(40%) Oversee payroll edits and approvals Manage PTO requests andstaff schedules Perform employee evaluations and support hiringResearch new products or workflows as requested Communicateregularly with physicians and directors Coordinate equipmentrepairs and maintenance Qualifications Graduate of a 2-yearpost-secondary program in a medical field (e.g., RTR, MRI, orrelated certification) Current CPR certification Experience inOrthopaedic clinic settings required Leadership and operationalawareness necessary Strong computer skills (including PACS andMedical Manager software) Ability to lead both administratively andclinically Tools You’ll Use PACS systems (internal and external)Clinic instruments, exam tables, and electronic records Standardoffice equipment (phones, computers, fax, printers) What You BringExcellent communication, organization, and judgment Ability tomultitask and lead in fast-paced settings Comfort with physicaltasks including patient transfers and equipment handling (5-50 lbs)Read, write, and speak fluent English Work Conditions Clinicalsetting with standing, walking, bending for extended periods Workmay rotate across multiple DMOS office locations ADA-accessible,professional, and patient-centered environment
