Job Summary Reporting directly to the CEO, BrioHealth Solutions is seeking a visionary Vice President of Clinical & Market Development to lead the company’s clinical strategy and accelerate market adoption of our breakthrough LVAD technology. In this highly visible and cross-functional role, this individual will be responsible for shaping and executing BrioHealth’s clinical development plans, building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), driving patient access initiatives, and expanding our presence across strategic markets. This leader will serve as the critical link between clinical innovation and commercial execution, ensuring our clinical data, trials, and outreach efforts align with our go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities Clinical Trial Enrollment Design and execute innovative strategies to drive successful and timely enrollment for clinical trials, ensuring alignment with regulatory timelines and study objectives. Market Assessment & Access Strategy Lead comprehensive market research and analysis to inform go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, launch planning, and marketing initiatives that facilitate successful market access. Stakeholder Engagement Cultivate and maintain high-impact relationships with key stakeholders—including KOLs, clinical investigators, healthcare professionals, and trial partners—to strengthen trial execution and support market entry. Reimbursement Strategy Develop and implement robust reimbursement and health economics strategies to support product adoption and long-term market sustainability. Clinical Data Utilization Leverage clinical trial data and real-world evidence to inform strategic decisions, enhance product positioning, support stakeholder communications, and reinforce market access efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. 5-7 years of experience in market development, clinical trial strategy, commercial planning, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors. Proven success in clinical trial enrollment strategies, market access planning, and go-to-market execution. Strong experience engaging KOLs, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups to support both clinical and commercial objectives. Exceptional analytical capabilities with a track record of using market insights to shape strategic decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with a forward-looking mindset and the ability to align clinical development with long-term business goals.
