Elevate clinical quality. Support inclusive education. We’re seeking an experienced and mission-driven Assistant Program Director (APD) to join our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) team. Reporting to the Program Director, the APD provides clinical leadership, supervises BCBAs and direct staff, and supports the delivery of high-quality behavioral services for students in inclusive school environments. This is an exciting opportunity to lead systems-level initiatives while directly shaping the educational experience of students with diverse cultural, linguistic, and developmental needs. Your Role in

Action:

Clinical Leadership Oversee development and implementation of IEP-aligned behavior and skill acquisition plans. Conduct and supervise Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Support Plans. Provide direct supervision and coaching to assigned staff and school teams. Deliver training to educators, paraprofessionals, and families on behavior analytic practices. Ensure accurate, timely documentation and progress reporting. Team & Systems Support Supervise assigned BCBAs and provide clinical oversight for high-quality service delivery. Monitor and ensure treatment integrity across staff and classrooms. Participate in peer review meetings and contribute to shared clinical learning. Partner with the Program Director on training development, organizational planning, and performance evaluations. Support internal quality assurance efforts and partner engagement initiatives.

What You Bring:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. BCBA certification and Massachusetts LABA license (required). Experience working in school or education-based settings; inclusion experience preferred. Supervisory experience with behavior technicians or BCBAs strongly preferred.
