What You Will Do The Clinical Director oversees and ensures the quality of all clinical services provided by BCNC’s mental health clinic. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Clinical Director plays a pivotal role in guiding the implementation of program activities to align with BCNC’s mission and organizational goals. Working closely with the Chief Program Officer, the Clinical Director will lead the ongoing refinement and enhancement of the clinic’s clinical model to ensure exceptional service delivery and impact. The Clinical Director reports directly to the Chief Program Officer. In this role, you will: Develop and oversee policies and procedures for the operations of the clinic. Promote a positive and trauma-informed workplace culture to effectively recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality staff. Supervise all clinical activities, including treatment progress, documentation practices, and evidence-based/research-informed practices to maintain high standards of quality and effectiveness of the program. Monitor clinic productivity to ensure that clinicians meet a 75% billability rate. Manage clinical staff and graduate students and coordinate with the psychiatrist. Oversee clinic operations, including coordinating with the registration clerk and supporting billing services as needed. Facilitate staff meetings and case consultation meetings. Identify and coordinate professional development opportunities for clinical staff. Provide direct clinical care to 8-10 clients depending on workload. Attend regular Senior Leadership Team meetings, other agencies and/or community meetings, and professional development as required by the supervisor. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. What We Look For Must be independently licensed in the state of MA as a LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health treatment required, preferably in an outpatient mental health setting. Two to three years of experience in program management and supervisory experience. Knowledge about the experiences and challenges related to Asian American and immigrant populations. Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and diagnostic assessment experience and knowledge. Strong written and oral communication skills. Professional working proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred.
