Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm Pay rate: $39.66/hour

Health, dental, vision insurance Tuition reimbursement 401k withcompany contribution Paid time off Discounts on wide array ofservices and entertainment The Clinical Program Director isresponsible for: The day-to-day operations of a program ofsubstance abuse treatment services in conjunction with the RegionalProgram Director. Supervising the implementation and delivery ofclinical and case management services and integration of clinicalservices within the designated sites, services and modalities.
Ensuring treatment services are delivered in accordance withevidence- based practices, licensing, accreditation and regulatoryrequirements and Spectrum’s clinical design; ensures clinicalservices foster an atmosphere of customer service and excellence inservice delivery; and ensures the clinical staff is highly trainedand proficient in the delivery of clinical services. Working thehours required to meet the business needs of the organizationincluding the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Licensed Social Worker or MentalHealth Counselor or closely related license in the fields ofaddiction or mental health required. Minimum of two years ofsupervisory experience in counseling preferred. Experience workingwith DPH licensing requirements, CARF standards, MBHP regulationsor other related requirements preferred. Minimum of three yearsexperience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other relatedbehavioral health program required. Working knowledge of MicrosoftWord and Excel preferred. Must display the use of appropriateindependent judgment to determine appropriate course of action inresolving problems and in emergencies. Must be able to express selfadequately in written and oral communication and to communicateeffectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse settingwith clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies.
