Training:
You will receive practical on-the-job training and mentorship in our skilled nursing facility under the direct supervision of an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. You will gain a thorough understanding of the following: Our culture, operating model, systems and what it takes to be a successful leader. You will take on projects and real responsibilities at your host facility after mastering the fundamentals of our business. The survey process, survey tag numbers, and quality measures. Reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing center administration. The laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personnel administration. Get practical on-the-job training!
Requirements:
Must have completed a bachelors degree (preferably in Health Administration, Business administration, or related field) Strong communication skills and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Strong ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation. Fully vaccinated for
