Job Description
- Description Leadership & Supervision
- Directly supervises: Directorof Nursing, Program Management Team, Human Rights Coordinator, andQuality Assurance Specialist (QAS)
- Oversees management of allprograms, including individual services, finances, staff supervision,and environmental maintenance
- Coordinates and leads weekly Managers’Meetings in collaboration with the President
- Conducts supervision andannual evaluations for Program Directors, Assistant Program Directors,Human Rights Coordinator, and Director of Nursing
- Approves payroll andtimecards for program management and monitors overall budget compliance,including clinical expenditures
- Clinical Oversight
- Serves as theprimary clinical liaison with the Department of Developmental Services(DDS), families, and partner organizations
- Develops and implementsevidence-based behavior support plans and targeted strategies alignedwith Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) and REACH’s standards ofexcellence
- Coaches program managers in crafting Individual ServicePlan (ISP) assessments, goals, and PBS strategies
- Reviews intakereferrals, meets prospective individuals and families, and assessesprogram site readiness
- Ensures PBS framework is embedded across theorganization, including person-centered behavioral approaches andoperationally defined outcomes
- Provides direct training and ongoingclinical support to staff on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and PBSmethodologies
- Chairs the PBS Leadership Committee and the MedicationTreatment Plan Committee
- Program Development & Representation
- Leads strategic development of innovative programming to expand serviceofferings
- Represents REACH at Plymouth Area Provider Meetings andRegional Training Initiatives
- Acts as agency spokesperson at DDS riskand clinical review meetings
- Acts as program management in cases ofvacancy of Program Directors
- Data Analysis & Quality Assurance
- Reviews and analyzes data from QAS reports, site visits, and internalaudits
- Monitors agency-wide fidelity to PBS practices, utilizingmulti-tiered data systems and outcomes-based interventions
- Designs andapplies assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness and clinicalpractices
- Oversees the distribution, collection, and evaluation ofinternal satisfaction surveys
- Chairs all medical tracking reviewsessions in collaboration with the Director of Nursing
- Ensuresconsistent application of treatment integrity and evidence-basedintervention across all programs
- Administrative & ComplianceDuties
- In partnership with the President and HR, leads hiring andonboarding for Program Directors and Assistant Program Directors
- Collaborates on the development and revision of agency and personnelpolicies
- Oversees and finalizes investigations, ensuring training andfollow-up measures are implemented
- Serves as the agency’s CORI,Fingerprint, and DPPC Compliance Officer
- Participates in agency-widefundraising efforts
- Requirements

Education:
- Master’s Degreein Psychology, Human Services, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a relatedfield

Certification:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)highly preferred

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of clinicalexperience supporting adults with developmental delays, communicationdisorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders
- At least 5 years oftraining and experience in functional behavior assessment, treatmentplanning, clinical supervision, and staff development

Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of PBS frameworks and behavioral interventionmodels
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, budgeting,and analytical skills
- Proficient in data systems, Microsoft OfficeSuite, MA Virtual Gateway
