The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical settings, particularly in ICU, OR, and mental health counseling. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams while ensuring high-quality patient care across various departments. Duties Lead and manage regional operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Oversee inpatient services, including diagnostic evaluations and discharge planning. Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient care strategies, focusing on utilization management and mental health counseling. Develop and implement policies that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes in Level I Trauma Centers and PICUs. Conduct regular assessments of facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Provide training and support to staff on best practices in physiology knowledge and patient care protocols. Foster a collaborative environment among departments to ensure seamless patient transitions and continuity of care. Background preferred in Social Work Length of stay Discharge Activities Assist with Managed Care and Authorization Assist with Utilization reviews/Medicare meetings/managed care meetings Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting, preferably as a Regional Manager or similar position. Strong clinical background with knowledge of ICU, OR procedures, mental health counseling, inpatient care, diagnostic evaluation, PICU operations, and discharge planning. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams. Strong analytical skills for assessing operational performance and implementing improvements. Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and external stakeholders. A commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care while adhering to regulatory requirements.
