Eliot seeks an Advanced Clinician dedicated to providing high quality behavioral health treatment and support in our innovative Community Behavioral Health Centers (CBHC) program.
Eliot’s CBHCs serve as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide evidence-based treatment to Adults utilizing sound judgment and excellent clinical skills, with the ability to provide effective, solution focused therapy to a diverse client base with a wide array of presenting challenges.
Responsibilities:
Provide therapy interventions in the office, virtually, in the community, and in client’s residence based on client preference and need.
Provide side-by-side therapy and interventions to individuals and families that are evidence-based, focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, and optimism and encouragement.
Must be trained in and be able to provide targeted treatment to individuals including but not limited to CBT modalities targeting symptoms, DBT, PE, CR, EMDR, FST, TF-CBT, CAMS, family therapies, integrated dual diagnosis treatment, self-management plans, and other clinical interventions.
Provide an experiential learning environment through shadowing to new clinical staff, support targeted treatment interventions and therapies, and also maintain and submit a competencies/orientation checklist for new clinical staff.
Qualifications:
Must possess a current Massachusetts clinical license including LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, or be a Licensed Psychologist.
Strong clinical skills and two years of experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or substance use.
Valid driver’s license
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Annual Salary
$75,000
- $75,000 USD
