What You’ll Do
As a Manager – BCG Vantage within BCG’s Payers, Providers, Systems and Services (PPSS) Sector (a part of BCG’s Health Care Practice Area, you will deliver against the client andmercial priorities for the Sector/Topic business. You will grow and deploy a team of Sector/Topic experts to support case work, content development and business build initiatives. You will drive the IP/content agenda, with support from the team, and lead execution of Tier One and IP projects. You will be responsible for team’s performance across all KPIs (case billability, quality, content creation, etc.).Additionally, as a Manager – BCG Vantage, you will engage with case teams & clients based on your individual expertise and demonstrate differentiated impact and value-add to BCG clients and case teams. BCG’s Health Care Practice Area (HCPA) helpspanies grasp the strategic implications of changes in the market environment and exploit them to buildpetitive advantage. Our work spansanizations across the entire spectrum of the health care industry, including the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical technology, payers, providers, health care services and federal, state & local health care systems.

Leading problem solving and solutioning for clients and driving towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context
Leading development andmercialization of knowledge and assets e.g. tools, frameworks, education materials (i.e., primers) related to U.S. Health Care Provider Organizations

Acting as a highly effective coach and mentor, guiding team members to achieve goals efficiently and effectively
Working in an ever changing andplex environment, andfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Bring
3+ years consulting experience in relevant US Health Care Provider Organizations on care delivery (i.e., hospitals, ambulatory care, post-acute care, Health IT) required
In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-1+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred (e.g., MHA, MPH)
Deep experience in qualitative analysis—skilled in synthesizing insights and developing strategic rmendations
Proficient in quantitative analysis methods—ability to interpret health care data, identify trends, and analytical frameworks to inform decision-making
Experience using key health care data sources including claims, hospital reporting, hospital financials, price transparency, etc. to drive key business decisions
Fluency in English
Outstanding interpersonal andmunication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment

Totalpensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
We expect total annualizedpensation for Boston & Chicago employees to be approximately the following:
Base salary between $126,4 – $132,; placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
Annual discretionary performance bonus between -2%
5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 1% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and t is no waiting period
