$33.65/hr $5,000 Sign-on Bonus Payment for this role is based on an hourly rate, not tied to a fee-for-service schedule! Are you an experienced clinician with a passion for leadership and a commitment to supporting youth and families? Our Outpatient Behavioral Health team is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor our Worcester team in delivering critical mental health services to youth and families across diverse communities.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision and guidance to outpatient clinicians. Review documentation, oversee treatment planning, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. Lead case reviews and clinical meetings to foster a culture of quality and collaboration. Support onboarding, staff development, and performance feedback. Maintain communication with leadership regarding caseloads, staffing needs, and program delivery.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field. LICSW in Massachusetts. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with youth and families. Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians is strongly preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills. Bilingual preferred.
