We’re looking for a dedicated and personable Lead Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients and help ensure their experience is smooth, professional, and positive from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly, check them in/out, and manage the daily schedule Answer phone calls, emails, and texts promptly and professionally Coordinate patient appointments, recalls, and treatment plans Review insurance benefits and provide financial estimates for recommended treatment Oversee front desk operations and ensure office protocols are followed Train, support, and mentor front desk team members as needed Handle patient concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality in compliance with

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a dental front desk role; leadership experience preferred Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures Ability to lead with professionalism and maintain a calm, positive attitude under pressure
