Clinical Team Lead at Lifeline for ME, LLC in Livermore Falls, Maine, United States Job Description Overview
We are seeking a licensed, clinical professional to provide leadership and support to our new office located in Augusta with occasional travel to our Livermore Falls office. The Clinical Team Lead will perform duties as assigned by the CEO, including but not limited to site management, supervising staff, adhering to licensing requirements, and direct client services. Duties Lead, train, and supervise a multidisciplinary team in delivering comprehensive patient care.
Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual and group therapy and case management as needed.
Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care for clients.
Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices .
Conduct surveys.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Advocate for the needs of clients. Experience LCSW, LCPC, or conditional license from State of Maine.
Experience in the fields of mental health and addiction.
Proficiency in patient care techniques and assessment methodologies.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Positive attendance and reliability history.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
