Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities The Clinical Manager will beresponsible for supervising clinical staff, performing routineclinical duties, and assisting with other tasks involved inproviding superior patient care.

• Serves as the direct supervisorfor clinical team members.
• Assists Practice Administrator withrecruiting and hiring of clinical team members.
• Manages theday-to-day operations of the clinical team.
• Establishes andimplements effective workplace procedures for the clinical team.
• Develops strategy and vision for team and patient satisfaction.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA Guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations.
• Performs other relatedduties as assigned. Education and Experience
• High School diplomaor equivalent required.
• Registered Nurse with current statelicense preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Four or moreyears of related experience preferred. Skills and Abilities
• Ability to work as part of a comprehensive health team.
• Abilityto lead a team of professionals and paraprofessionals.
• Ability toadhere to the professional code of ethics.
• Excellentorganizational skills and administrative abilities.
• High levelunderstanding of all clinical job functions.
