Our mission isto provide personalized autism services to each and everypatient. The Clinical Director is the CEO of their clinic. ClinicalDirectors manage operations and team members at their location.
They will support BCBAs and RBTs by answering clinical programmingquestions and concerns. CDs communicate with families that havehigh-level concerns. CDs are responsible for establishing apositive atmosphere and supportive culture to facilitate RBTretention. HHF is Great Place to Work Certified

Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day clinic operations to ensure quality-basedservices. Clinical Review, supervise, and give feedback on all clinical programs,behavior intervention plans, assessments, reassessments and BCBAsession notes for clinical content and appropriateness. Provide team-member and regulatory supervision, training, andsupport. Promote positive and appropriate interactions with clients andtheir families. Coach and mentor BCBAs, along with RBTs, in accordance with companypolicies and applicable laws. Operational Establish a culture of accountability and support to ensure clinicsuccess. Run clinical meetings and relay company information accurately. Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, andother federal, state, and local regulations. Participate in the yearly budgeting process, monthly P&Lreviews, meeting the budget and team utilization. Proactively monitor financial progress of clinic, analyze results,and adjust, if necessary, to ensure all budget goals areachieved. No caseload when clinic is operational with full BCBA team. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a BCBA (Master’s Degree in ABA or arelated field is required). BCBA Certification required plus state license (if applicable). Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Previous medical billing and EMR experience required. Benefits
