Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily activities of Medical Assistants and clinical support staff.

Training & Development:

Oversee orientation and ongoing training programs to support staff development and maintain clinical excellence.

Performance Management:

Participate in hiring decisions, conduct performance evaluations, and address staff concerns and disciplinary actions as needed.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, organizational policies, and patient care standards.

Clinical Support:

Step in as needed to perform Medical Assistant duties and maintain continuity of care.

Problem Solving:

Address complex patient care or staffing concerns to support efficient, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant through AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT, or ARMA (required) Demonstrated leadership ability and strong clinical experience as a Medical Assistant Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Commitment to a collaborative leadership style and high-quality patient care Why Join Waterville Pediatrics?
