• Overview
• We are seeking a licensed, clinical professional to provide leadershipand support to our new office located in Augusta with occasional travelto our Livermore Falls office. The Clinical Team Lead will performduties as assigned by the CEO, including but not limited to sitemanagement, supervising staff, adhering to licensing requirements, anddirect client services.
• Duties
• Lead, train, and supervise a multidisciplinary team in delivering comprehensive patient care
• Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy and case management as needed
• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care for clients
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices
• Conduct surveys
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Advocate for the needs of clients.
• Experience
• LCSW, LCPC, or conditional license from State of Maine
• Experience in the fields of mental health and addiction
• Proficiency in patient care techniques and assessment methodologies
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attendance and reliability history.
